What is a DC cooling fan?
DC fans also known as DC Brushless Fans are basically cooling fans engineered to meet requirements such as higher air flows at high static pressures. RENGANG manufactures Brushless DC fans in varied sizes ranging from 60 mm to 280 mm. These fans are available in the plastic blade as well as the metal blade.
What are axial fans used for?
In general, an axial-flow fan is suitable for a larger flow rate with a relatively small pressure gain and a centrifugal fan for a comparatively smaller flow rate and a large pressure rise. They are used to supply fresh air, suck air from return air trenches, suck air from rotary filters, exhaust air out, etc.

DC fan is power by DC voltage, which normally is 3V, 5V, 12V, 24V, 48V, 60V, and 72V.
AC fan is power by AC voltage, which normally is 110V, 220V, and 380V.

4. How do we carry out quality control?
There are more than 20 processes to making a fan, our production procedure follow ISO9001:2008, we need to control every process
well.
1) Bearing: NMB from Japan which will ensure the working life.
2) ICMos and other electronic components, our suppliers include ROHM IR DALLAS Feeling Technology, and other famous brands.
This can ensure the fan working in complex environments, like the changeable voltage, etc.
3) Life testing, all of our projects will be testing for more than 1 year in such an environment: temperature is 60°C, voltage is more
than 20%(such as 24V, the testing voltage is 28V), and the power restarts every 2 minutes.
4) We have experience of making high-quality fans for more than 12 years, all of our fans can work more than 50000H in normal
condition if two balls bearing. and 25000H when sleeve bearing.
5) All of our fans will be tested at least twice when they are in the product line, like currentspeednoisewave form and others,
and 5-10% will be on random inspection.
