What is a DC cooling fan?
DC fans also known as DC Brushless Fans are basically cooling fans engineered to meet requirements such as higher air flows at high static pressures. RENGANG manufactures Brushless DC fans in varied sizes ranging from 60 mm to 280 mm. These fans are available in the plastic blade as well as the metal blade.


What are axial fans used for?
In general, an axial-flow fan is suitable for a larger flow rate with a relatively small pressure gain and a centrifugal fan for a comparatively smaller flow rate and a large pressure rise. a ball bearing fan is 50,000 hours but sleeve bearing is just 20,000 hours.

Usually, there are two ways to monitor reliability during the manufacturing process.
* Early Life Test This is used as a means of process control aimed at identifying any latent manufacturing problems and determining
the effectiveness of burn-in. Every day, 5 samples will be picked up randomly from one of the production lines for burn-in at
50C+/-5C for 24 hours.
*On-going Reliability Demonstration This is a longer-term program aimed at providing data that continues to demonstrate the
reliability of the product. 10 units per month are randomly collected from one of the production lines for burn-in for 168 hours at
50C+/-5C. Units are monitored and tested on daily basis. Failed units will be analyzed and corrective actions are taken where
